We do almost anything!  Just contact us and ask. 

We do custom jobs and orders, new builds, additions, renovations, docks, decks, refinishing, interior finishing work and all types of carpentry in the Sioux Narrows, Nestor Falls and Lake of the Woods area.  We also open and close cabins and can do cabin/property checks.  We do cleaning as well.  If you have something in mind, just ask!  Whether you are looking for a rustic fireplace mantel or other interior piece or finish, we are sure to have what you are looking for!  

Dock Board Chair Furniture is available in both exterior (weather seal & spar varnish) and interior (water & oil base) finishes.  There a number of color options to suit your needs and custom items are available.  Custom carving/engraving is also one of our specialties.  

Deposit policies vary according to the type of job.  Furniture orders are payable at the time of order.  All jobs and orders are subject to HST (13%).  Forms of payment:  VISA, MC, American Express, JBC, money order, cheque or cash.  Credit card orders are subject to an additional service charge fee.  For pick-up, delivery or shipping details, inquire.  

More About Larry & dbc

Larry is a lifelong resident of Northwestern Ontario.  He has worked in carpentry for well over 35 years, both for a mid-sized local contracting company and now independently.  He has also guided, both fishing and hunting, for decades.  He started making furniture in his spare time as a hobby approximately 25 years ago and as interest in his furniture grew among his friends and family, friends of friends started to enquire about it.  Before long, more and more were looking to find out where they could get this beautiful furniture.

The company is small, but there is no real limit to the variety of work we can do.  Larry’s furniture pieces are built to order to ensure that your DBC furniture is unique and special.  You can’t find DBC furniture just anywhere.  Besides, as the furniture is comprised partially of reclaimed timber, the availability is limited.  Another reason why DBC furniture is one of a kind.
